Delivery of Your Goods Within Australia
Bayliss Rugs works with independent transport companies that are not directly affiliated with our business. While we strive to select the most reliable transport method for your order, certain factors related to shipping are beyond our control. Please ensure that any special delivery instructions are communicated prior to dispatch. All rugs will be shipped via our chosen delivery company or couriers and may require a signature upon delivery. Delivery is considered complete when the courier receives a signed receipt or delivery docket confirming that the goods have been received. If the packaging appears damaged upon arrival, do not sign the delivery docket and contact our customer service team immediately at 03 9708 6664 or your designated Bayliss contact.
If you have selected and approved an Authority to Leave (ATL) for your order, the parcel will be left at your specified address in your absence. By doing so, you acknowledge that the delivery is considered completed once the parcel is left at your premises. Bayliss Rugs, and any associated delivery contractors, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from an ATL delivery. You agree to release Bayliss Rugs from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses, including financial or consequential losses, arising from the ATL option. If you do not authorize an ATL, you must be present at the delivery address to receive your order.
